At Spaceworks we are very much aware of our responsibilities and the need to be aware of the impact that we as a Company, have on the environment. We aim to strive to constantly monitor and reduce this impact wherever possible.

We undertake to:

• Fully comply with all environmental legislation relating to our business, including all regulations and codes of practice.
  
  
• Review Company waste disposal arrangements and recycle wherever possible.
  
  
• Minimise our contribution to general pollution by using the least damaging modes of transportation, both during our delivery and collection services and by purchasing locally wherever possible.
  
  
• Keeping paper usage to the minimum by communicating electronically wherever possible, purchasing only recycled paper and paper products and continuing to recycle paper within all the office and administration areas.
  
  
• Consult with the local authority with regard to policies and standards required including recycling and waste disposal.
  
  
• We will include our staff in all our environmental awareness activities and polices and keep them notified at all times of any changes and improvements. We will also encourage participation and contribution of ideas with the aim of constantly improving our ‘Going Green’ policy.
  
  
• Conserve energy within the working environment and in our day-to-day business.
  
  
• Continuously investigate possible ways to introduce and improve our use of renewable sources of energy with regard to fuel, heating and lighting etc.
  
  
• Encourage our industry colleagues to adopt similar policies and invite sharing of innovative ideas to encourage constant improvement of our working environments.
