Events Team Administrator
Your objectives are to ensure the smooth and efficient completion of tasks and duties fulfilling Spaceworks set standards based on customer service and care, and become part of this progressive company.
Job Specifications
• To provide general administrative and organisational support to the SFH events team.
• Dealing with key clients on some of Spaceworks largest events.
• Ensuring stock is booked out on computer system as required by clients.
• Ensuring all event specifications are updated regularly and reflect system changes.
• Making any relevant pre-event amendments and alternations as and when needed by clients and/or Spaceworks.
• Sourcing alternative stock items when required.
• Ensure onsite documentation is relevant and on hand for Event Managers.
• Keeping event folders up to date and organised both electronically and hard paper versions.
• Producing quotes for possible new projects.
• Co-ordinating and diarising in-house event meetings andinter-departmental meetings.
• Co-ordination of meetings, minutes and action points of events procedure between departments for each event.
• Maintaining professional client relations at all times. Attending client meetings where necessary.
• Design marketing email outs for exhibitions.
• Ad-hoc projects to assist Commercial Director and Business Development Manager
• Support sales team at busy periods and when required.
Hours
8.30am - 5.30pm, Monday to Friday - and also what may be required by the position during busy periods.
Holiday
4 Weeks after initial period.
Salary
Dependent on experience.
Eligible for bonus structure after three months, subject to review.

Sales Administrator

• The hiring of Spaceworks products.
• Answering sales enquiries via telephone, fax, post and email.
• Following through enquiries from inception to completion.
• Administrating of sales contracts, i.e. pricing, amendments, quantities, products etc.
• Providing ideas and solutions for customer’s brief specifications.
• Building a rapport with clients to ensure repeat business.
• Use of ACT database for new and existing customers.
• Proactively pursuing outstanding quotations and sourcing new sales leads.
Hours
8.30am - 5.30pm, Monday to Friday - and also what may be required by the position during busy periods.
Holiday
4 Weeks after initial period.
Salary
Dependent on experience.

7.5T Drivers and Driver's Assistants
Experienced and professional Drivers with ‘can-do’ attitude required. Duties will include delivery, collection and sometimes installation of quality hire furniture to events throughout central and southern England. Must be able to work on own initiative and be able to demonstrate a genuine passion for achieving and maintaining the highest standards of work and customer care with a conscientious attitude towards paperwork accuracy. Plenty of common sense required.

Warehouse Section Leaders and Assistants
Well-presented, fit and hard working staff with ‘can do’ attitude required to join our team of enthusiastic and energetic warehouse staff.
Warehouse Section Leaders
you will be responsible for:
- Supervision of 6 staff
- Forward planning of orders, to achieve them on time
- Completing stock checks
Hours: 42.5hr week + overtime

Duties will include preparation and cleaning of quality hire furniture and assisting delivery personnel.

Laundry Assistant
An Assistant is required for our busy in-house Laundry Department. Duties will include preparation and cleaning of quality hire linen and assisting Manager in all department duties. Good telephone manner and basic computer skills required.
Hours: Full time (Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm)
Part time (3 days a week as above)
